NEW YORK - Jose Reyes will look to extend his hitting streak to 25 games.

The Miami Marlins shortstop has the longest hitting streak in Major League Baseball this season.

Reyes reached 24 games with a clean single against Nationals Ace Stephen Strasburgh on Sunday.

For Reyes, it will also be a homecoming.

He's facing his former team the New York Mets.

Game time on Tuesday is 7:10 p.m.
