Miami Hurricanes point guard Shane Larkin appears ready to take his talents to the NBA.
ESPN is reporting that Larkin's father Barry has said that his son will make himself eligible for the NBA before the league's Sunday deadline for underclassmen to declare for the draft.
Larkin was the floor leader for the Hurricanes during their Sweet 16 season in 2012-13, averaging 14.5 points and 4.6 assists per game.
Behind Larkin, a second-team AP All-American, Miami won the ACC regular-season and tournament championships.
According to ESPN, Larkin is projected to be a late first pick in June's NBA Draft.
