CORAL GABLES, Fla. -

When Miami opens practice on Saturday, it will mark the third straight training camp where the Hurricanes will be dealing with the effects of an NCAA investigation into the actions of a rogue former booster.

By the time this camp ends, Hurricanes coach Al Golden thinks his team will finally have answers.

The Hurricanes are expecting to hear their fate from the NCAA's Committee on Infractions sometime this month, possibly even in the next few days. The team has already missed two bowl games and last season's Atlantic Coast Conference championship game.

Golden says his team "bunkered in and stood here and fought it for two years." This season, he thinks the Hurricanes might finally be able to enjoy a sense of normalcy.
