MIAMI – The long rest seems to be paying off for the Miami Heat.
Dwyane Wade returned to practice on Friday.

The star guard has been nursing a sore right knee, which forced him to miss Game 4 of Miami's sweep of Milwaukee.
Wade returned to full contact.
Wade said, "It felt good to be back on the court with the guys. It's a step in the right direction."
Wade and the Heat have plenty of time to rest.
Miami will not play again until Monday at 7:00 p.m.
The Heat will host the winner of Game 7 between Brooklyn and Chicago.
When they next take the court, Miami will have over a full week of rest.
