Despite an ailing knee, Heat guard Dwyane Wade will play in Game 5 Wednesday against the Bulls.
Wade bruised his right knee during the Heat's 88-65 win over Chicago on Monday night, giving Miami a 3-1 series lead over the Bulls. Wade was able to return to the game in the second half of the victory that pulled the Heat to within a win of a return trip to the Eastern Conference Finals.
Heat doctors evaluated Wade's knee right before tip-off and cleared him to play.
Stuck in a slump throughout the entire NBA Playoffs, Wade scored only 6 points on Monday.
The Bulls will once again be without the services of Luol Deng, Kirk Hinrich and Derrick Rose. None of the three Bulls has played in the series vs. the Heat.
