MIAMI -

C'mon, Heat fans... you're better than this!

You'd think the lasting image of Wednesday night's Heat pasting of the Bulls would be the scoreboard that showed the final score.

Unfortunately, a picture of this fan showing her enthusiasm has been gathering the most attention the day after Miami tied the Eastern Conference semifinal series at a game apiece.

The popular sports-centric website Deadspin posted the photo of the woman sending her regards to Bulls star Joakim Noah under the headline, "Most Miami Lady Ever Flips Joakim Noah The Bird."

That lady has been identified as Palm Beach socialite Filomena Tobias.

The photo was taken as Noah was walking off the court after being ejected in the fourth quarter of the game.

Despite her attempt at defending her home team, Heat players and coaches were not coming to her defense.

"We love our fans. We think we have high class fans and that was a little unfortunate to see," said Heat Forward, Shane Battier.

"Both teams are competing and want it to be decided between the four lines," said Head Coach Erik Spoelstra.

Local 10 also found out that this is not Tobias's first time making headlines. In 2007, her millionaire husband was found dead following a drug fueled sex scandal.

The Sun-Sentinel caught up with Tobias's daughter. "She's embarrassed but she is being a good sport. She was having fun just like any other fan," said Victoria Racanati. "All she has to say is that people need to get a life."

According to a published report, the woman will be issued a code-of-conduct warning, but her season tickets have not been rescinded.
