Jen Herrera has been a part of the Local 10 team since May 2003.

Jen came on board at Local 10 as a general assignment reporter, but in October 2003 she joined the Local 10 morning news team as the station's first traffic anchor. Despite a major lifestyle adjustment (waking up at 2:30 a.m. isn't exactly normal), Jen really enjoyed being a part of people's mornings.

You can now catch her anchoring Local 10 News on weekends.

Jen has always loved to read and write, two hobbies that helped her decide what she wanted to do at a very young age. At 17, Jen knew she wanted to be a broadcast journalist.

The Florida State University alumna graduated with a bachelor of science degree in communications and a minor in English.

While not at work or trying to catch up on sleep, Jen loves spending time at home with her husband, Jason, and two very large dogs, Duke and Diesel.
