TAMARAC, Fla. – A crash Tuesday morning involving five vehicles shut down a portion of Pine Island Road in Tamarac, authorities said.
The city posted on Twitter that the crash was reported on North Pine Island Road off Northwest 77th Street.

Northbound traffic on Pine Island Road is being diverted while authorities investigate the cause of the crash.
