Miami Fire Rescue officials said two other vehicles stopped after the crash and the two drivers rushed over to the wreckage to help the other drivers.

Authorities said one of the vehicles was stuck in reverse and began to spin uncontrollably in circles. One good Samaritan got pinned under the vehicle and was rescued by other people at the scene.

He was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Authorities said the other good Samaritan also got caught in the spinning car, and was dragged in circles. They said he was treated at the scene and released.

One of the drivers involved in the original crash was also injured and taken to the hospital. The driver's condition has not been released.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
