3:00AM - Another chilly morning in the 50s, but we will warm up this afternoon to the mid 70s with lots of sun and a cool northeast breeze. Our weather will stay nice and quiet through the weekend as our highs will be near 80 both Saturday and Sunday with a perfect weather weekend on the way!!! Enjoy the beautiful weather!
