On this date, six died and another 67 people were injured in car accidents in West Yorkshire, England on this date in 1991. Unfortunately, some motorists were driving up to 80 mph with visibility was less than 70 yards due to freezing fog. The accidents caused 20 miles of eastbound lanes of the M62 to be closed.
