MIAMI -

Noon - After morning low temperatures in the  upper 40s, South Florida is beginning a warming trend.  Temperatures are poised to peak in the lower 70s this President's day.  Clouds continue to mix with sunshine as an east breeze aids in moderating a cool air mass.  Temperatures return to average on Tuesday and lower 80s appear as soon as Wednesday.  For more details on the extended forecast log on to www.justweather.com.
