7:00AM - Sunshine mixes with clouds on Thursday as temperatures rise from the upper 70s to near 90 during the afternoon.  There could be some showers and storms across South Florida as the atmosphere heats up.  The rain chance is 30%.  Hurricane Leslie and Hurricane Michael continue to churn in the Atlantic.  Neither will impact Florida.  An area of low pressure is being monitored in the Gulf of Mexico.  It has a medium chance of developing into a Tropical Cyclone.  Log on to www.justweather.com for more details on the tropics or the local forecast.
