Northwest winds of 5 to 10 mph will combine with these temperatures to produce wind chills in the minus 15 to minus 25 degree range. Wind chills around 25 below zero can produce frostbite within 30 minutes. If venturing out early Thursday morning...be sure to bundle up appropriately. Moderating temperatures will then be seen Friday and into the weekend. Look for highs Friday in the 30s...with some locations approaching 40 degrees Saturday and Sunday.
