GRAFTON, N.Y. - A cat in New York used up two of its nine lives after it survived being hit by two vehicles.
State police said they were called after the cat, named Harley, was hit by one vehicle and thrown into the path of another, according to The Associated Press.
The trooper who responded found the cat lying on the side of the road with injuries to its head and legs.
The trooper took the cat to a nearby animal hospital.
Harley’s owner, who was found via Facebook, said the cat is expected to full recover.
