Twinkie, a Jack Russell terrier from California, set the Guinness world record for the fastest time to pop 100 balloons by a dog.

Twinkie accomplished the feat in 39.08 seconds.

Popping balloons is in Twinkie's blood. Twinkie's mother, Anastacia, is a former record holder and twice broke the record between 2005 and 2008. Anastacia appeared on the "Live with Regis and Kelly" show, and held the record for seven years.

Anastacia's record was beaten by Cally the Wonderdog on the "Britain's Got Talent" show in May 2015 with a time of 41.67 seconds.

Twinkie brought the record back into the family with the help of dog trainer Doree Sitterly, who also owned Anastacia.
