According to Realtor.org, 54 percent of luxury home buyers said the chef's kitchen was most important to them when looking for a new home.
The survey found that 44 percent ranked the view to be the most important aspect of a luxury home, while 38 percent ranked the square footage of the house to be a top priority.
When it comes to finding the right luxury home, 40 percent of luxury buyers said the most difficult part was finding one that met their needs and criteria. According to Realtor.org, 20 percent said the biggest challenge was the small number of luxury homes available.
