MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – The Miami Beach Police Department contacted Call Christina to get the word out on two men suspected of installing an ATM skimmer at City National Bank, 446 Collins Ave.
Police said a customer found the skimmer on Saturday at 4:50 p.m. and removed it.

The crooks immediately came back and removed the camera they had installed, police said, indicating that they were in the area monitoring the ATM.
An observant bank investigator noticed that a bank employee had confronted one of the men in the past when he was acting suspiciously at the ATM. That employee said the man had a Russian accent.
Anyone who recognizes either man is asked to call Miami Beach police.
"City National Bank goes to great lengths to protect the privacy and security of our clients and in fact it was a City National Bank employee that first reported this to the police after noticing suspicious activity at one of our ATMs," City National Bank spokesman Eddie Dominguez said. "It was the employee's vigilance that allowed investigators to have photographs of these fraudsters, who are targeting ATMs throughout Miami Beach. We take very seriously our duty to protect our clients and the community, and we are assisting the police department with this investigation."
Bank customers who have used that ATM are advised to check their statements. Anyone who sees something out of the ordinary is advised to contact the bank and police immediately.
