Hollywood police spokeswoman Miranda Grossman confirmed that the lockdown was sparked by a post on Twitter by someone threatening to kill at least two students at the school.

"Tomorrow at 9:30 am let's kill two Hollywood Hills High School students," the post read.

Hollywood police said extra patrol units are in the area because of the threat.
