LOS ANGELES – The judge considered to be the most difficult to impress in the ballroom will be leaving the panel on "Dancing With The Stars."

E! News is reporting Len Goodman plans to leave the reality competition series after this upcoming spring season.

Goodman, who has been known to be the strict one when it comes to ballroom dancing, has sat alongside fellow judges Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli since the series began in 2005.  He also judged for the UK version "Strictly Come Dancing" which began the year before and will stay on with that show.

E! News is also reporting that fan favorite and two-time champ Cheryl Burke will not return to the dance floor.

Former professional dancer and champion Julianne Hough, however, will be making a comeback for season 20 as a judge.
