Arsenio Hall returning to late night television

'Celebrity Apprentice' winner will be back on air with his own show in 2013

Headline Goes Here

Arsenio Hall is coming back to late night television.

The stand-up comedian, actor and "Celebrity Apprentice" winner is returning with his own syndicated show on CBS, according to The Los Angeles Times.

Hall, 56, ended his former talk show, "The Arsenio Hall Show," 20 years ago after a five year run.  But he says it's time for a comeback.

"In the end I'm a comic, and nothing fits the talk-show mode like a stand-up comic," Hall told the Times.  "I know there are a lot of shows, but I think there's a space for my show," he added.

There's still no word yet if Hall plans to bring back his "Dog Pound" and signature fist-pumping "wuff, wuff, wuff."  What we do know is that Hall's new show is set to air at 11 p.m. in September of 2013.
