Hurricanes are back in action, Wonder Woman comes to town

Nas and Lauryn Hill will share the stage at the Bayfront Park Amphitheater in downtown Miami on Friday night. They collaborated on the 1996 song, "If I Ruled the World."

The Zac Brown Band performs onstage during the Capital One JamFest at the NCAA March Madness Music Festival at White River State Park on April 5, 2015 in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The Zac Brown Band will have two shows Friday and Saturday night at the Coral Sky Amphitheater in West Palm Beach. The concerts will start at 7 p.m.

Movies

Halloween comes early.

The horror film "Friend Request" opens Friday. "Fear the Walking Dead" actress Alycia Debnam-Carey stars in the frightful film about some not-so-friendly social media interactions.

"The Lego Ninjago Movie" is the second spin-off of the popular Lego movie series. It features the voices of Dave Franco, Justin Theroux, Jackie Chan and Olivia Munn.

 An all-star cast headlines "Kingsman: The Golden Circle." The sequel to 2014's "Kingsman: The Secret Service" stars Colin Firth, Julianne Moore, Halle Berry, Channing Tatum and Jeff Bridges.

 Last but not least, "Battle of the Sexes" tells the story of the 1973 tennis match between Billie Jean King and Bobby Riggs. Emma Stone and Steve Carell star as the feuding tennis pros.

Sports

After a long hiatus, the Miami Hurricanes return to action this Saturday at 3:30 p.m. against undefeated Toledo at Hard Rock Stadium.

The 'Canes are the only football game in town this weekend. FIU travels to Rice, FAU is on the road at Buffalo and the Miami Dolphins visit the New York Jets as they look to improve to 2-0.

"Wonder Woman" is coming to town. Lynda Carter, who starred in the 1970s television series, performs live at the Seminole Casino Coconut Creek. She'll tell tales and sing songs, just like a wonderful woman should.
