Kanus Berry Farm strawberry trifle



Your favorite pound cake, sliced in ½ inch thick slices

Cointreau simple syrup, recipe follows

Vanilla pudding prepared, recipe follows

2 pints strawberries, stemmed and sliced

2 oranges, segmented

2 grapefruits segmented

2 tangerines segmented

3 cups lightly sweetened whipped cream



Place enough slices of pound cake in the bottom of your trifle mold to completely cover it. Spray some of the simple syrup onto the cake. Spoon some of the pudding over the cake, top with 1/3 of the berries and citrus and top with a little whipped cream. Repeat and make sure the top layer is cream then berries then citrus.
