Clerico, summer white sangria

2 bottles inexpensive white wine (nothing too sweet)

2 bananas, peeled, sliced in 2 inch slices

1 orange, rind reserved, cut in segments

2 honey crisp apples, remove center, chopped medium dice

4 pears, cored and sliced in 8 wedges each

2 lemons, reserve rind, squeeze

2 cups red and green grapes

2 cups ice

Sugar to taste

1 can of lemon/lime soda




Place all fruit in a large glass pitcher.  Add 2 cups ice, lemon juice, orange and lemon rind, all the white wine and sugar and allow to sit in the refrigerator until just before serving.  Just before serving add the soda.
