Florida Avocado Filled with Shrimp Salad

16 (21/25 shrimp) pooched in water with Old Bay and salt and lemons, cool immediately
½ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Colman’s mustard
2 tablespoons light cream
A shot of A1 or Worcestershire
2 tablespoons sliced chives
1 tablespoon mustard seeds cooked in 3 tablespoons white or cider vinegar until plump, cooled
Juice of 1 lemon
1 Florida avocado, cut in half and pitted

Mix together the mayonnaise with the Colman’s mustard, light cream, A1, sliced chives, mustard seeds/vinegar and lemon juice.  Add half of the cooked shrimp, taste for seasoning.  Place the salad into the sliced avocado halves and serve.

OR

½ cup mayonnaise
1-2 tablespoons ketchup
Shot of Tabasco
Juice of ½ lemon
1 Florida avocado, cut in half

Mix together all ingredients with the mayonnaise.  Add the remaining shrimp, season to taste with salt.  Place the salad into the sliced avocado halves and serve.
