Grilled Pizza

Prepared pizza dough

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

½ cup of your favorite tomato sauce

½ cup grated parmesan mixed

¼ cup grated mozzarella

Sea salt


Use a formed dough circle from the recipe above.

Heat a grill to medium high, then lower to medium.  Place the pizza dough on the grill for about 3-4 minutes or until it sets and is cooked and a little golden on both sides.


Remove the dough from the grill and transfer to a sheet tray.  Brush the top of the coked pizza with the olive oil.  Spoon the tomato sauce all around the pizza dough leaving ½-inch rim.  Sprinkle with the cheeses.  Top with a little sea salt and return the dough to the grill until it’s warmed through, crunchy and the cheese melts.
