Cranberry Lime Salsa

1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 12 once bag Ocean Spray Cranberries
3 Jalapenos, diced finely with seeds
1 green apple, grated
Zest of 2 limes and juice
1 tbsp. ginger grated
1 bunch cilantro leaf’s julienne

In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring water, sugar and cranberries to boil.  Reduce to a simmer and let cool 10 minutes.  Remove from heat, place in bowl and let cool completely.  Add remaining ingredients and stir.  Serve cold with turkey.
