Bags of chicken left to thaw overnight in sink at restaurant with rodent, roach issues

Stop sale ordered for burger patties at Broward County Wendy’s

(WPLG)

Below is a list of places that had rodent, roach and fly issues inside their establishments last week, according to state records.

Only Blessing Restaurant in Miami was ordered shut by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Local 10 News has asked the department why Junkando Taste Bahamian in Sunrise was not ordered shut after rodent and roach issues were found by the inspector.

At this point, we are waiting to hear back.

In the past, the department has said they have discretion.

Blessing was allowed to re-open following an ordered cleanup and re-inspection.
