Children's cold medicine recalled for potential overdose risk

DETROIT – Nine retailers are recalling two flavors of store-brand children's cold medicine for a potential overdose risk.

Retailers include CVS, Kroger, and Rite Aid. The dose cup has incorrect markings. 

The recall covers grape and cherry liquid cough medicine sold in 4-ounce bottles.
