MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. – Miami Gardens police made an arrest in a shooting at a park that injured four people, including an 11-year-old boy.

Tyrone Vincent Bivins, 20, was arrested and charged with four counts of attempted murder and taken to Miami-Dade County jail.

Police said Saturday the arrest was due in part to the cooperation of residents in the area.

It is a newer model, dark-colored Chevy Impala with tinted windows and black rims.

The men who were shot were playing basketball at the time. Nearby, youth football and cheerleading practices were ongoing.
