BSO: Woman drugs man, steals $96K in cash, watches

'Crystal' steals 2 Rolexes, 1 Cartier, 1 Paniere watch from Pompano Beach man

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Broward Sheriff's Office released a sketch of a woman who detectives believe drugged a man and stole $95,600 worth of watches and cash.

The 45-year-old man met the woman, who said her name was Crystal, at YOLO Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale on March 2. The two had met previously.

The man and Crystal went to Vibe, a nearby nightclub, for half an hour before leaving.

The man took Crystal to his Pompano Beach home, where she spent half an hour making him a vodka drink, said BSO. He took a sip while she drank directly from the bottle.

The man woke up the following afternoon. Crystal was gone and had stolen the cash and the watches -- two Rolexes, one Cartier and one Paniere -- from a case in his bedroom. She also deleted her contact information from his cell phone.

Detectives estimate that Crystal is in her late 20s.
