Broward County offers free immunizations for students

Students must have a parent, guardian present

LAUDERHILL, Fla. – The Florida Department of Health is offering free immunizations for students headed back to school this Fall in Broward County.

Medical staff members will be available from August 5 through August 20 at  the Lauderhill Mall, 1299E NW 40th Ave., 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. On Thursdays, shots will be offered until 7 p.m. On August 17, the hours are from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Each child must bring their immunization record and be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Schools in Broward are back in session August 19.
