MIAMI – Authorities say a water main break that began Tuesday in Miami caused excessive street flooding.
The Miami Fire Department said the incident happened Tuesday evening on Northwest 58th Street between 13th and 14th Avenue.

A woman who was driving her car with two of her children drove through the water, which ultimately stalled her vehicle, officials said.
