Police seek missing 34-year-old Miami man

Police say Jahnap Briscoe suffers from mental illness


MIAMI – Police are asking for the public's help in finding a 34-year-old man who went missing on Wednesday.

The Miami-Dade Police Department said Jahnap Briscoe, who suffers from a mental illness, went missing from his home at 14743 Southwest 173rd Terrace.

Briscoe is wheelchair bound and has his right leg amputated, police said.

Briscoe was last seen wearing a white shirt, black shorts and a black shoe.

Miami-Dade police described Briscoe as a 34-year-old black man who is 5 foot 7 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
