The recently diagnosed Acute Myeloid leukemia now requires Vega to have a bone marrow transplant.
On Briana's Warriors Facebook page, the warriors left a message those who go to read about her battle:
"We ask that everyone research the procedure to better understand the process. All we would like to do is ask if anyone is willing to be a Bone Marrow Donor, please go get tested and maybe we can find a match for Briana or so many others!"
