Young said he was aware and asked if it was because of his child support payments. It was at that time that BSO deputies revealed they were there conducting drug surveillance.

The Miami-born rapper initially admitted to having cocaine and "maybe marijuana roaches" inside his home and signed a consent form, but he revoked it after detectives made entry, the report said.

Deputies said they found cocaine in the master bedroom nightstand, a .9 mm handgun under a pillow and a box of ammunition in the downstairs bedroom and closet.

Young faces charges of cocaine possession, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon and driving with a suspended license.

He is probably best known for his songs "I'm a Thug" and "Take It To Da House."
