Small plane skids off runway at North Perry Airport

Flight instructor, student pilot not injured

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – A small plane skidded off the runway Thursday morning after landing at North Perry Airport.

The single-engine Cessna was being flown by a student pilot when it overshot the runway and came to a rest in the grass.

Neither the flight instructor nor the student was injured.

The plane was registered to Christiansen Aviation in Wilmington, Del.
