NEW YORK – Paul George has been fined 25-thousand dollars for comments he made after Indiana's Game 4 loss to the Heat.
George was critical of refs during Game 4.
George said, "Looking at the stat sheet, we outplayed them. Given them credit they won this game at the free throw line. But they were able to get to the line more than we were. But I thought we outplayed them tonight."
George went on to call the officiating "home cooking."
George and the Pacers will be home for Game 5 on Wednesday night.
They are on the verge of elimination.
Miami leads the series 3 games to 1.
