DAVIE, Fla. – The American Heart Association on Monday announced the details for next year's Broward Heart Walk.
The Broward Heart Walk will take place at Nova Southeastern University on Sunday, April 12.
Rick and Rita Case of the Rick Case Automotive Group will co-chair the event for the first time.
The goal is to raise $650,000 to help with heart and stroke research and education in South Florida.
Local 10 will have a team participating in the walk, and Local 10's Kristi Krueger is a member of the executive committee.
Registration begins at 8 a.m. and the walk starts at 9 a.m.
