MIAMI – After earning a fortune through a New Jersey-based moving company, Moishe Mana invested on real estate in Jersey City, Manhattan's Meatpacking District and later in Miami's Wynwood.
Earlier this year, Mana filed a lawsuit against his Wynwood broker Tony Cho, of Metro 1 Properties. Attorney Bruce Fischman was representing Mana. Attorney Bruce A. Weil was representing Cho.

Mana's lawsuit said Cho went behind his back to negotiate land near his property. Cho was also facing lawsuits from Eric Jacobs and Gary Mansfield. Jacobs claims Cho hid offers to a listing. Mansfield claims Cho misrepresented lease terms.
