Two-step recipe for fresh tasty salad has 150 calories

Ingredients

  • 1 can Garbanzo Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 small Zucchini, diced, about 1 cup
  • 1 cup of Corn (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 large Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 2-3 scallions, diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro
  • 1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
