Of course a former Dolphin would come back to haunt his old team. But this is more representative of the problems the Dolphins have had all season. This TD put them in a 14-0 hole in what marked another poor start.

2. Brian Hartline celebration penalty

In a game of momentum, this killed a lot of the Fins juice after their first TD. There certainly wasn't anything malicious about Hartline's mock putt and it's sad that the NFL takes a lot of the fun out of scoring TDs. Still, a rule is a rule and the Chiefs marched right down and scored on the ensuing drive.

1. Tannehill sacked on 3rd-and-1

This is more a combination of what happened on 2nd and 3rd down-and-1 in the 4th. The Fins were marching towards a potential go-ahead score and chose two passing plays despite the fact the running game was clicking. Take one shot? Sure. But not moving the chains at all in that situation? Then watching the Chiefs take it right down the field and score? Ballgame.
