Man beats teen after she refuses sexual advances, deputies say
BSO: Willie Turner, 42, beat 16-year-old girl with belt buckle after she refused to perform oral sex
WEST PARK, Fla. – A man from Miami Gardens is being held in lieu of $800,000 bond after he convinced a 16-year-old foster child from Orlando to run away with him, deputies said.
According to the Broward Sheriff's Office, Willie Turner, 42, had sex with the teen numerous times and beat her when she refused his sexual advances.
The latest encounter allegedly happened at about 2 a.m. Wednesday. The victim told deputies she had consensual sex with Turner at that time and then fell asleep. She said he asked her to perform oral sex on him when they woke up, and beat her with a belt buckle when she refused.
Deputies observed bruises throughout the victim's body and a swollen left finger, which she said was caused by Turner slamming her finger in a car door.
Deputies said Turner denied knowing the teen at first and then admitted to being drunk and said he may have had sex with her.
Turner is facing numerous charges including battery, sexual assault, and contributing to the delinquency or dependency of a child.
