MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – More than 200 rowers were expected to participate in an annual regatta along Miami Beach's Indian Creek Sunday morning.

The Head of the Indian Creek Regatta is a 2.7-mile race that spans the Indian Creek from 35th Street to 65th Street.

Races were held throughout the day, starting at 7 a.m. and featured various categories of skill level and participants ranging in age from 12 to 73 years old. Sunday's event was the 22nd year of the annual event.
