BSO fills fire truck with toys for children with cancer

Toys can be dropped off at Baja Cafe Dos in Deerfield Beach

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. ā€“ Broward Sheriff's Office firefighters are filling a fire truck with holiday toys for children with cancer.

On Friday and Saturday, people can drop off new unwrapped toys, for children of all ages to Baja CafƩ Dos in Deerfield Beach.

The restaurant's address is 1310 S. Federal Highway.

The gifts, which benefit the nonprofit charity, The Children's Cancer Caring Center, will be collected from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days.

The third annual Fill The Fire Truck event is sponsored by the Broward County Professional Firefighters, Paramedics Local 4321 and Baja CafƩ Dos.
