FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A 35-foot boat caught fire behind a Fort Lauderdale home Tuesday afternoon.
Fort Lauderdale firefighters were called to reports of heavy smoke and flames coming from behind a home on Marathon Lane about 1:30 p.m.

Firefighters were able to contain the flames to the boat and dock.
No injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
