HIALEAH, Fla. – One of two men wanted in connection with the attempted killing of a Hialeah couple last month has been apprehended.
Ansel Smart, 23, is accused of trying to kill a couple as they arrived at their home Nov. 8.

Hialeah police said Smart and Johnny Audain were trying to rob the couple and opened fire at them as they began to run inside their home.
Police are still looking for Audain, who is considered armed and dangerous.
Smart faces two counts of attempted first-degree murder.
