Fort Lauderdale Westin robbery suspect Christopher Clark was arrested in Wauchula.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – A man accused of robbing a Fort Lauderdale hotel on New Year's Eve has been arrested.

Fort Lauderdale police said Tuesday that Christopher Clark, 30, of Miami Gardens, was arrested in the central Florida town of Wauchula.

Police said an anonymous tip from Broward County Crime Stoppers led them to Clark.

Surveillance video released last month shows a gunman robbing the desk clerk at the Westin.

Clark faces charges of armed robbery and aggravated assault with a firearm.
