Nobody injured after driver accidentally stepped on gas pedal
OAKLAND PARK, Fla. – Nobody was hurt after a car crashed into a Tri-Rail train Thursday afternoon in Oakland Park.
Sky 10 was above the scene of the crash on Oakland Park Boulevard at Powerline Road.
Broward Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Keyla Concepcion said the driver of the car accidentally stepped on the gas pedal and crashed into the side of the train.
Neither the driver or any Tri-Rail passengers were hurt, but the train was stopped on the tracks blocking all lanes of traffic.
