HIALEAH, Fla. – A 39-year-old man is being held in jail without bond after he touched a girl's genital area at a Burlington Coat Factory in Hialeah on Sunday, police said.
Michael Yero is charged with one count of lewd and lascivious molestation on a child.

According to the arrest report, Yero grabbed the 9-year-old girl from behind, touched her genital area, smiled at her mother and then walked away.
Police said the victim's father followed Yero until officers arrived and arrested him.
During Monday's bond hearing, a Miami-Dade County judge told Yero that his actions are the reason that she "does not take her eyes off her child at the mall for even a minute."
